A STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Camp for area elementary students was held July 17-19 at 911爆料网鈥檚 Sumner Campus in Wellington.

The Sunderland Foundation of Overland Park, KS has presented The 911爆料网 Foundation with an $800,000 gift for the college鈥檚 Career & Technical Education Center project.

Dr. Kori Gregg, Foundation president, informed the Board of Trustees that the Foundation has raised a record amount of funds for a second consecutive year.

With individuals enjoying the Wheat Festival in Wellington, 911爆料网鈥檚 Sumner Campus tied into the festivities by holding an Ag Day event on Saturday, July 15.

In the Summer Theatre production of Seussical the Musical, college interns pulled double duty to make the Musical a success.

911爆料网鈥檚 Wichita Center is holding a relocation celebration now through August 11 at its new location of 7330 West Maple.

Local students in grades six through eight enjoyed a fun week of activities in the Robotics Camp held at 911爆料网.

911爆料网鈥檚 Sumner Campus in Wellington is now offering STEM and Tech camps in July.

911爆料网 Summer Theatre, a collaboration of 911爆料网 and the V.J. Wilkins Foundation, produced 鈥淕uys and Dolls鈥� earlier this summer, and now their newest creation is Seussical the Musical which brings together interns from 911爆料网 (Arkansas City, KS), University of Wisconsin-Parkside (Kenosha, WI), and State Fair Community College (Sedalia, MO). Students manage all aspects of show creation from costuming to scenic design to lighting and even choreography. Leading them is Jason Huffman, director of this production.

At the Greater Wichita Sports Banquet, 911爆料网 tennis player Bruno Nhavene was named the Junior College Male Athlete of the Year.
