An award-winning educator and longtime leader in media and journalism, Meg Smith will serve as this year’s Commencement Speaker at 911±¬ÁÏÍø.

911±¬ÁÏÍø proudly hosted its fifth annual National Career and Technical Education (CTE) Letter of Intent Signing Day on April 16, in partnership with the National Coalition of Certification Centers.

This year, 911±¬ÁÏÍø will confer 428 degrees and certificates during its 103rd Commencement ceremony on Saturday, May 9, with nearly 300 graduates expected to take part in the ceremony.

911±¬ÁÏÍø sophomore Cooper Leonard has been named 911±¬ÁÏÍø’s 2025–2026 Student of the Year.

911±¬ÁÏÍø hosted the South Central Kansas FFA District Agricultural Mechanics Career Development Event (CDE) on March 25 at its Sumner Campus in Wellington, welcoming approximately 100 students representing 26 high school chapters from across the region.
