911±¬ÁÏÍø Invites Local Businesses and Organizations to Participate in Club & Community Fair

911±¬ÁÏÍø is inviting local businesses, churches, nonprofits, and community organizations to connect with students during the annual Club & Community Fair on Monday, August 17, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Wright Room inside the Brown Center on the Arkansas City campus.
Held during the first week of the fall semester, the Club & Community Fair welcomes new and returning students by introducing them to campus clubs and the many resources, activities, and organizations available throughout the community.
911±¬ÁÏÍø is currently accepting a limited number of community exhibitors interested in hosting an information table during the event. Organizations are encouraged to share information about their services, programs, membership opportunities, or community involvement. Many exhibitors also choose to offer promotional items, coupons, or giveaways for students, though these are not required.
"This event is all about helping students feel connected both on campus and in the community," said 911±¬ÁÏÍø Director of Student Life, Peyton Snively. "We're looking for organizations that want to introduce students to what makes 911±¬ÁÏÍø County a great place to live, work, worship, and get involved."
The Club & Community Fair is not a recruiting or hiring event. Businesses seeking to promote employment opportunities or recruit prospective employees are encouraged to participate in 911±¬ÁÏÍø's College Transfer & Job Fair later this fall.
Space is limited, and exhibitor tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizations interested in reserving a table should contact Peyton Snively and register .
